No, all the recipes are naturally gluten and dairy free. They’re also simple and delicious!

This hormone-balancing programme may not be for you if:

  • You are not ready to make dietary changes. Perhaps the timing isn’t right—and that’s perfectly okay. However, if you’re serious about managing your hormones and transforming your health, dietary changes will eventually be necessary. Why not see this as your ‘sliding doors’ moment?

  • You are unwilling to adjust your lifestyle. Some of your current habits may not be serving you well. It’s my responsibility to guide you towards changes that will help you live the life you truly want and deserve.

The programme includes many vegetarian-friendly recipes and works well for vegetarians. However, it does not currently support a fully vegan diet. If you’re seeking vegan-specific support, book a 1:1 call to discuss options.
